Each individuals genetics and nutritional needs are different. Noticeable improvement of focus and emotional balance can range between three weeks (some customers have reported even sooner) to three months.
We highly encourage you to be patient since nutritional supplements are not a quick fix. They should be taken daily for best results and given plenty of time to address the nutritional deficiencies that have been under-satiated for quite some time. We highly encourage giving Accentrate® products 3 months to determine the effect.

There are no known side effects to Accentrate® products. If you are sensitive to any nutrients in Accentrate® products, you should consult your medical practitioner. Individuals who know they are sensitive to folate or methylcobalamin should consider combining an Omega™ product with Neuro-X™ as it is specifically formulated with those sensitivities in mind.
If you do experience any unexpected reaction, please consult your medical practitioner and either lower the frequency of taking Accentrate® products to see if they are abated or cease taking the product. It is highly encouraged that you consult with your medical practitioner before starting any nutritional regimen.

Yes. Accentrate® products come in either softgel, capsule, or tablet form and can be punctured, opened, or crushed; however, this is not the optimal route because there will always be contents left behind which might slightly alter effectiveness.
If you wish to do it, we would highly recommend mixing the the contents into something citrus flavored or a cold smoothie.
Accentrate® Gummy is also an easy alternative for those under 110 lbs who struggle to swallow pills.

While it's not necessary to take with food, we recommend it because the nutrients can absorb better when taken with food.

For Accentrate® products, time of day doesn’t matter as much as consistency. Morning or night is fine, so whenever you feel you will be able to remember to consistently take your supplements.

Fenix Health Science stands by the quality of its products and provides refunds if your product is damaged upon receipt, which must be requested within 15 days of receipt. If you change your mind and want to return any Fenix product, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery of your first order and we will refund your purchase less a restocking fee of 20% the purchase price or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Accentrate® is not covered by Medicare or Medicaid, but we try to keep the prices low, despite premium ingredients. We do not know of any insurance companies that offer coverage for dietary supplements.
Many FSA and HSA will offer reimbursement with a doctors note and our invoice. Check with your coverage provider to see if this will be the case for you.

No, we do not offer samples as supplements, unlike medications, require time to incorporate in the body to see the effects.

When adding products to the cart, you have the option of selecting a subscription to receive a discount or opting for a one-time purchase. Discount varies by number of products purchased and whether it ships every one month or 3 months.
By selecting the subscription option, a new order will be shipped to your address at the selected time interval unless any adjustments have been made to your subscription in your account such as pausing or editing the renewal date. -
You can skip your next shipment or reschedule your next renewal to any date in the future at any time. You can manage your subscription and delivery schedule by logging into your account.

Often kids and teens under 110 lbs grow up past the weight recommendation and rather than canceling the subscription you can swap out to the 110 level products for their new weight range.

We aim to personalize nutrition for your unique needs, so we aim to have few allergens in our products. Our products containing omega-3s do contain krill oil, so if you are allergic to shellfish, we do not recommend an Accentrate® product containing omega-3s.
